Hi guys I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to comprehend the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with math sequence solver. Could somebody out there please give me some advice with fractional exponents, factoring and converting decimals. I can’t afford to pay for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of improving topics like scientific notation or linear equations without fuss , please get back to me Thanks a lot |

I agree , a good program can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in Basic Math and Intermediate algebra too, so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never used a software until now I can assure you it's not hard , you don't have to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer. |

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving powers, absolute values and trigonometric functions. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I highly recommend the program. |
